I have always wondered if I could afford life insurance or not and have been afraid to contact an insurance agent, for fear that they will pressure me to buy something that I cannot afford. I told my best friend this and she told me that I could find out how much life insurance for me would be on the internet, without any pressuring salesman.
I was so happy to find out that you can buy no medical life insurance on the internet, that I went home and started searching right away. I looked over a few different companies and compared their costs and what they each offered. I narrowed it down to two, and then waited about a week before making any final decisions.
When I finally did sign up with one of the no medical life insurance companies, I felt a sense of security. I knew that if something happened to me, then my bills would all be paid and my kids would not have to worry about anything like funeral costs and paying for any debt that I had incurred. It is hard to come to terms with the fact that you will not be here forever, but being prepared for it, makes it a little easier.
