Store Selling Silver Rings At Huge Discount
My local jewelry store is selling silver rings on their website at a huge discount. I guess that they got a really good deal on them and after having two hundred people show up at their store this last weekend irate that they could not get in to get one, they decided that it would just be first come, first serve on their site instead of trying to figure out which people were first in line and which were not. I think that selling silver pieces on their site is genius; they can actually reach millions more that way.
I remember when I tried to sell silver jewelry that I found in my attic on one of those auction sites, it was horrible. First of all, the highest bid was something like five dollars and then they wanted me to pay for the shipping half way across the country. I vowed never to sell silver jewelry, or gold jewelry or anything else on those sites again. I would rather just donated it all to my church thrift store and let them see what they can get out of it.
My sister on the other hand, is just like the jewelry store, everything that she tries to sell on the auction sites, gets tons of bids and she makes lots of money. I guess that she just knows which items to sell and which to not.
